My Morning Routine
The Power of a Morning Routine: Starting Your Day with Intention
There’s something sacred about the early hours of the morning. Before the noise begins. Before the demands of the day arrive. Before the world starts asking anything of you.
It’s just you… and a moment to reset.
Why Mornings Matter
How you start your morning shapes everything that follows. Not perfectly. Not rigidly. But intentionally. A calm, structured start can: Steady your mind, boost your energy, create clarity, and give you a sense of control—before life takes over
It’s not about doing more. It’s about beginning your day in a way that supports you.
My Quiet Morning Routine
Every other day, I wake at 5 am. Not because I have to… but because I choose to create space for myself.
The first thing I do is simple: A coffee. In silence. No scrolling. No noise. Just a few moments to wake up slowly. Then I take my supplements and move my body. Some days, that looks like a 1-hour run—fresh air, steady rhythm, clearing my mind with every step. Other days, it’s slower but just as powerful: 30–60 minutes on the treadmill, followed by weight training at home. Movement, in whatever form, becomes my release.
Nourishing My Body After movement, I refuel with intention: A protein shake, Collagen, Electrolytes, not from pressure—but from care. It’s my way of giving back to my body for everything it does.
A Slower Pace Before the Day Begins. Once everything is done, I don’t rush. I get ready slowly. I walk the dog. I breathe. Because this time isn’t about productivity.
It’s about grounding. Then Real Life Begins. After that, the day unfolds.
Work. Children. Responsibilities. But I show up differently. Calmer. Clearer. Stronger. Because I’ve already taken care of myself first. It Doesn’t Have to Be Perfect Your routine doesn’t need to look like mine. It doesn’t need to start at 5 am. It doesn’t need to include running or weights. It just needs to give you: A moment of peace. A sense of control and a gentle start. Even 10 minutes can change everything. A Quiet Reminder: You deserve time that belongs only to you. Not what’s left over. Not when everything else is done. But first.
Because when you start your day with intention… You don’t just move through life.
You lead it
